No Bake Dark Chocolate Coconut Almond Butter Energy Bites

These No-Bake Dark Chocolate, Coconut, Almond Butter Energy Bites are out of this world! They are made of simple ingredients and don’t require an oven at all! Talk about eating raw-these little raw energy balls are the perfect breakfast or afternoon snack.


I like to make these on a Saturday or Sunday and keep them refrigerated in an air-tight container! This recipe makes about 20 bites–so let’s do the math…You can have ~3 a day (for 7 days) Am I right?


I like to pop them in a bag and take them to work with me so I have a healthy and nutritious treat, rather than reaching for the cookies or chips that are always lying around at the office.energy-bites
