Mug Brownie

Craving chocolate like nobody’s business the past few days! Well, if you know me, you know I answer my cravings! No suppressing what the body is telling me it needs! Of course, however, I try to be mindful and aware of what I am putting in my body. While my tummy was screaming chocolate, my creative mind went to work and I created this beautiful 100 calorie mug brownie!

Ingredients

  • 1 TBSP flour
  • 1 TBSP coconut sugar
  • 1 TBSP cocoa powder
  • Pinch of baking soda
  • Pinch of salt
  • 2 TBSP Brown Cow Chocolate Yogurt
  1. Mix all ingredients together in ramekin
  2. Microwave for 1 minute
  3. Garnish with chocolate chips and powdered sugar (optional)
  4. Enjoy-guilt free!!
