Craving chocolate like nobody’s business the past few days! Well, if you know me, you know I answer my cravings! No suppressing what the body is telling me it needs! Of course, however, I try to be mindful and aware of what I am putting in my body. While my tummy was screaming chocolate, my creative mind went to work and I created this beautiful 100 calorie mug brownie!
- 1 TBSP flour
- 1 TBSP coconut sugar
- 1 TBSP cocoa powder
- Pinch of baking soda
- Pinch of salt
- 2 TBSP Brown Cow Chocolate Yogurt
- Mix all ingredients together in ramekin
- Microwave for 1 minute
- Garnish with chocolate chips and powdered sugar (optional)
- Enjoy-guilt free!!
