It is so easy to get stuck in a routine of just doing cardio workouts…at least it is for me. I am an avid runner and probably the only girl you know that loves spin classes more than she loves french fries. (okay maybe that isn’t true, but it sounded good!)
Today I made it a goal of mine to put together a series of tabata (high intensity interval workouts) in order to change things up!
I have found that my cardiovascular strength is impressive during endurance workouts like long runs or 60 minute cycle classes, however, these interval workouts are what REALLY kick my BUTT!
I was dripping with sweat by the end and guzzled down my entire water bottle.
I highly recommend trying this workout, and if you don’t want to go to the gym to do it, look no further, because you can do this in your living room!
