It’s Monday and of course, I am running out the door like a hot mess! Lucky for me, I had two of my most favorite staples for breakfast on hand. I absolutely love Siggi’s Strawberry Rhubarb yogurt and Ancient Grains Granola!

Breakfast can be as simple as:

1 Siggi’s 4% Strawberry Rhubarb Yogurt with a 1/4 cup of ancient grains granola to top it off.

Total calories=200 cal

Wow right?! Low calorie and high in protein, fiber, and healthy whole grains. A guilt free breakfast that you (and I) can take on the go!
