Happy Sunday foodie friends. While Trevor is outside shoveling snow so we can run our errands and have a productive Sunday, I was in the kitchen whipping up these bad boys! Typically, when we think of pancakes, we think bloated, greasy, fattening, and super filling. Well, I am here to tell you that this awesome recipe will leave you feeling satisfied, skinny, and oh so happy!

You can feel free to change up the recipe as much or as little as you’d like! We really enjoy raspberries so I decided to throw some of those in as well, even though “blueberry pancakes” are the typical kind we make.
