Breakfast Bowls

Good morning, rise and shine, and put a smile on those faces because today is HUMP DAY! This morning I was feeling slightly bloated, a little tired, and just anxious for the work day. I decided to throw together a healthy and delicious yogurt breakfast bowl with some divine toppings. These bowls are a great option if you are running late in the morning or need something to “grab and go” as you head out the door. It is super simple to make and the protein in the yogurt allows you to stay full and beat that midmorning donut craving! I also love being able to change up the ingredients based upon the season or whatever is in the fridge at the time. It makes for a very convenient and a go-to breakfast that never gets old.

So, you’re probably thinking…dang I should eat more greek yogurt! Yep–you should! Well, only if it fits into your dietary interests, but I definitely enjoy it.

  • Raspberries
  • Ancient Grains AND Udi’s Gluten Free (Vanilla) Granola
  • Unsweetened shredded coconut
  • Chocolate Chips
